Good morning Everyone:

 

Thought I'd try something different this morning. Today I am going to give

a thought for the day. Let me know what you think. I will get back to the stories

on Friday, don't worry.

KINDNESS

 

When I show kindness, I trust I am lifting another's spirits. I think about

how I feel a when I am touched by an act of kindness---cared for and less

alone in the world because someone has thought of me.

 

I want to share this feeling so that others feel cared for. I may send a good

morning text message to a loved one and congratulate a coworker on a 

job well done. I think of those who are struggling and hold them in the

light of prayer, affirming their highest and best.

 

I remember, too, to be kind to myself. I let go of self-judgment and treat 

myself compassion and understanding. I relax and trust that I am evolving

into the fullest expression of my God given nature.

 

Thus says the Lord of hosts: render true judgments, show kindness

and mercy to one another. (Zechariah 7:9)

LOVES YOU and is WITH YOU ALWAYS!
