Hi Dr. Peters,
Here is my response, however, I am not previ to all the information but here
is my contribution.

1.	we have 18 dues paying members. However unless someone has captured
the actual number of participants that not members that would be hard to
determine as we have had different visitors on each of our monthly meetings.

We have 3 members that were not members last year;  the secretary should be
able to confirm or Joann can check her membership list
Since January 2022 we have donated to the national pac plan $5 each month
totalling $35 to date which will be $45 by the end of September
We donated $80 to national office NFB for the Sun, tiembrook, white cane,
Journigan,, etc.
We paid $30 to our local state affiliate $1  per dues paying member and our
division dues;

Our beginning account balance as of Oct. 1, 2021 was $34 and our current
account balance as of 08-03-2022 is $162.15
As a nmember I personally donate $10 each month to the pac plan; you need to
poll the dues paying members to determine how much our dues paying members
donate collectively.
I went to Columbus to participate in our local state campaign regarding the
bills we are pushing in Ohio ETC. (parenting bill)
On a monthly basis, we have a presentor share the elements of their faith.
Etc. peagan, catholic, Lutheran, Baptist, and so on
We have also had presentors from other states 
We have had observers from other states
All of our meetings have been via zoom
