Greetings Ohio Communities of faith, we will have our division meeting prior to our presentation at 6 PM Tuesday, February 22, 2022, please mark your calendars and be present.
Welcome, president, Dr. Carolyn Peters.
Opening prayer, Rev. Dr. Carolyn Peters
Roll call, we will look at the participant list.
Secretary’s notes from our November meeting, November 5, 2021, Secretary, Asia Quinones-Evans.
Treasures update, Wilbert Turner treasurer.
Committee reports, gavel report, please review the gavel report for divisions and submit your participation on behalf of NFB for the month of January and February and submit it to Dr. Peters by email or phone.
Strategic planning committee, we can dissolve this committee until November board meeting 2022
New business, to assist the treasurer and secretary I propose that we establish a membership committee, with the vice president, Joanne Williams as chairperson, so that we can keep track of members those who may need assistance in regard to dues, prayers praises etc.
Also, we have a blind male who is identified as being homeless, and needing assistance. I propose, that we make a donation of $100 from the division and accept any donations towards supporting this individual as our affiliate attempts to establish housing training etc.
Lastly, Annette Lutz has been appointed historian for the Ohio Affiliate. Our minutes will be submit it not only to Ohio Communities of faith division but also to Annette Lutz to place in the archives of the Ohio Affiliate history. We need to decide if this format is simplistic enough to place in our archives.

We made a change in the July presentation to a Solis presentation. Please review the latter meetings of the month to see if everything is still appropriate.
