	A special call to pray for Ukraine


“Sometimes God uses difficult situations to reawaken people and draw them closer to Him. We pray this is happening in Ukraine today—in the midst of the trauma and tragedy, may His glory and their need for Him be revealed.” -Steve Shwetz

As the crisis in Ukraine escalates, thousands are fleeing the country as others gather in subway tunnels, taking their elderly parents, their young children, and their pets with them. The photos and video coverage of the terror and suffering are heartbreaking. Yet we know God is in control.

And then, join us in asking God specifically for:

·         His intervention in the midst of violence.

·         His Word to penetrate the darkness of this hour and bring many to faith in Jesus Christ through these unfortunate events.

·         His church to be used mightily. Pray His people in Ukraine are His hands and feet, sharing comfort, kindness, and the gospel with all those who need it. May their steadfast trust in Him inspire confidence and faith in others.

·         His glory and goodness to be revealed in ways that cannot be denied.

Keep praying and trusting that God’s hand is on Ukraine and the hearts of His people. As we come before Him today, let’s have confidence in God—that He is good and He is at work, even in Ukraine.
