Kane, thank you so much!! You are correct. Gary, Lee and I invite you to ask the questions in whatever sequence you like. For clarity, I recommend that you first: (1) state the panelist name you are directing the question to, (2) ask them the question related to the pillar assigned to them, and (3) then ask any follow up questions once the panelist has responded. Please also feel free to open some questions up for other panelist to respond as you see fit. We recognize that there are questions that will naturally invite different perspectives. If we have additional time, I suggest you invite each panelist to share final comments or something. Of course, you are the moderator and can conduct the panel as you see fit. I am comfortable with panelist asking follow up questions to one another as well. I hope this makes sense to everyone, please feel to jump in with your thoughts everyone.

To my teammates, please forgive me if I am answering presumptuously.
From the group discussions we as presenters have had amongst ourselves, I think it is understood that you, Gary, are asking these questions.  I'm not sure in what sequence, so I would like to defer to the others as to details.

Just trying to move the conversation along slightly, since a hard date and time for the taping of this segment fast approaches, and since I know we're all busy.
