Hello Everyone, 

 

We just wanted to send out a quick update on the things that are going on at Bibles for the Blind.  First of all, as you receive this we will have just boxed up yet another shipment of volumes of the braille Bible.  These are going to five different states in the US and two different African countries.  One of those African shipments is going to a school for the blind, so it’s hard to tell how many pairs of hands will touch those volumes.  And as always, we still have a list of requests to fill.

 

Also, we are working on upgrading our oldest braille printer.  When this is done, it has the potential to  more than double our output of braille!  We can’t tell you how excited we are about this.

 

Then just a quick word about me. A few days ago I went through my last round of follow-up appointments with the doctors after my hospital stay at the beginning of the summer. The cardiologist took a look at my chart and said:  “You look great!”  We are praising the Lord for this

 

Please pray with us about the shipments of Bibles that continue to go out from our shop and the equipment upgrades.  And please don’t forget to praise the Lord with us about my good report from the doctors.

 

So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.  Romans 10:17
