Good Afternoon Family,

I started the Danniel Diet and sourced alternatives. I want to share two
privileges.

As an alternative, I will provide3 an app and items that I purchase often
even prior to this diet.

First, I enjoy veggie straws, which comes in a box  of six individual bags.
I also have purchased sweet potato chips that are low in sodium, calories
and vegan.

Secondly, I pasted a website where you can have soup and smoothies while on
this diet.

Finally, I order from BeyondJuicery and Eatery. This is an app that has a
lot of veggie, fruit, soup, and low calory items. Tonight, I am having their
veggie chili and a smoothy that is made with bananas as the base, instead of
milk or yogurt. They also make smoothies with cocoanut water.

For those participating in the Daniell fans which is a spiritual fast and
are in need of goodies such as chips go to Amazon they have sweet potato
chips, veggie chips, onion, chips, etc. that are vegan all our plant-based
most are using avocado oil. Any other ideas or suggestions to help others?
