We want to hear from you - individuals with disabilities!

How do programs that provide accommodations and supports for you as a person with a disability positively impact your life?

Please share your experience regarding the impact of recent threats to services such as 

*	Medicaid (Home and Community Based Services)
*	Emergency Services
*	Personal Care Attendants
*	Social Security
*	Other benefits (food stamps, etc.)

and how those have (or could) decrease your quality of life.

All responses will assist the Association of Programs for Rural Independent Living (APRIL) with gathering a better understanding of you, as someone with a disability, are being directly impacted!

BUT we also want to hear about how those programs/services are great for you!
