The Mentoring and Outreach Work Group is honored to bring upcoming
influential dialogs, empowering trainings and networking opportunities in
2025. No matter if you are a seasoned mentor or new to outreach, we are
thrilled to have you.

 

This June's topic is traits of an empowering and (unsung) leader."

 

Empowered Leadership Model is the pathway to create healthy and strong
teams, teams that can successfully follow the vision of the organization and
take ownership for corps-wide goals. Our conversation will include, two
affiliate Presidents, Dr. LaShawna Fant of Mississippi and Robert Parsons of
Michigan, who will expound on their leadership styles, traits that enhanced
their personal brand and  the quiet steps they took stepping into affiliate
presidents. Thus, communicating Key leadership principles, real world
challenges and strategies for effective leadership in various environments.

 

This powerful dialog will prove to be one of the most inspiring and
stimulating conversations in 2025.
