[Ohio-Communities-of-Faith] The Holy Month of Ramadhan for Moslems is starting tomorrow - FYI.

Hello every Brother and Sister on this list,

I would like to let you know that we, Moslems in the Greater Cleveland, Ohio/USA are going to start our Holy Month of Fasting, aka, Month of Ramadhan, tomorrow, Wednesday, February 18, 2026.

As most of you already know, this is according to the Lunar Calendar. Most likely, we will finish, if God wills, on Wednesday March 18 or Thursday  March 19.

During winter season, the day is short – it starts at about 12 hours (from 6 am till 6 pm or so) then after a month, it  will finish at about 13 to 14 hours. No eating,  no drinking (even water), no coffee/tea, and nothing at all until sunset.
