Hi JW,
Just an FYI for you.  I spoke to someone at a restaurant sunday whose 30 yr old son is going blind.  He has 3 children and just moved back to Ohio from california recently for family support during this time of adjustment and confusion.   I gave him your phone #, Eric's number and talked up the covention, technology, training and meeting other blind parents, etc.   His name is Jeron, he is in the music business and does "beats" for artists recordings.  You probably understand that more than I do.  I hope he makes contact.  I will stop in to Long horn steak house and leave some information with his dad--Gary.  I spoke of convention in Detroit also.
