The first thing you have to learn about this program is that we take nothing
that a driver alone cannot load onto the truck. We do not, as far as I know,
send trucks to scheduled appointments. The people who make the rules--we
have no authority in this area at all--can be reached at 216-621-5566. I
have not written a diplomatic version of this collection of bad news to this
poor woman who wants to be generous. She wrote to you, so you get to deliver
the bad news.
