[Ohio-talk] bus list

[Cindy Conley]

She is marking those with guide dogs because those people would need 
(or prefer) a seat to themselves to accommodate the dog. She doesn't 
want to put 50 people on the bus if 10 of them have dogs. It would 
make it very uncomfortable for those who have dogs to have to share a 
seat with someone.
There is really no conspiracy against the guide dog users.
