Richard,
There are two students there, both of whom are in the mentoring program. 
Robby Spangler is our new student president.  His email is 
spangler.robert at gmail.com.
The other is Hannah Furney, who attends Bowling Green State University.  Her 
email is hfurney at bgsu.edu.
Also there is Angie Hiser, a mentor who has not been very active with us, 
but who I believe would be dynamite if you could get her involved.
She works for the Ability Center of Greater Toledo.  Her email is 
ahiser at abilitycenter.org.
Also there is Sara soper (used to be Sara Patnode), also works at Ability 
Center and also a mentor.  She hasn't been very active with us due to having 
a new baby and thus might not be interested in a new chapter either, but 
just in case you want to contact her as well, her email is 
ssoper at abilitycenter.org.
I know Robby has a girl friend who is also blind and there in Toledo.  She 
was at state convention, but I don't have her contact info.  Maybe Barbara 
does.
If not, ask Robby about her and any other blind students he knows.
