Dear Dr. Smith,

Thank you for your letter to notify us regarding the convention assistance that the NFB is providing for our family. It is truly appreciated.

We have reviewed your suggestions regarding the conference. We are attaching our itinerary that we have prepared for the days that we will be able to attend the conference (arriving Thursday, July 2 and departing Sunday, July 5). Please review it and advise us if this meets with your guidelines. As you will note, we are planning on touring the Exhibit Hall and NFB Independence Market with our daughter on Sunday morning before we depart for home. We are unsure if we will be in a position to attend the board meeting that morning.

We will be more than happy to volunteer to help staff the Ohio table. Could you explain what would be involved and the length of time we should plan for? We will also contact Cindy Conley regarding the sale of candy.

Your letter mentioned that child care would be cared for. Do we need to sign our son up for this (I believe the deadline for registration is June 15) or has it already been done?

We want to thank you again. We look forward to meeting you.

Bryan and Cheryl Klakamp
