Hi Bruce,
I talked with someone from International Services who told me that they can disable the International use of the phone but that they cannot guarantee that the Rhgers Communication Tower won't pick up beignal. We could still get roaming charges. Each carrier would have to check for raming Charges while we are at convention.
If you can see screen they say you can power phone on and off, turn back on and see what screen says.
