Hi Fuzzy Purple/KL,

I'm sorry to hear there's been a delay in updating Newsline locally.  I do
not know how to fix this for you, quickly.  But I know how to help avoid it
happening again.

More, and sometimes more motivated, volunteers are always needed.  We could
probably use someone like you to help keep Newsline up to date?  You could
certainly join in, come out of the background, and help this affiliate, this
organization, to be better.  To work to keep others from asking the same
question you just did, below.

I've learned this lesson the hard way over the last decade, thanks to some
of my local and affiliate leaders:  When one of us recognizes a possible
problem, it's far more productive to help with a solution than to merely
point out a thing.  I know that if you chose to get involved, many people
across the state and across the nation would appreciate the help.

Additionally, I notice your e-mail address is in Northeast Ohio.  Not sure
exactly where, but there are a couple/few chapters in and around Cleveland,
one down in Canton, and another in Akron.  The one in Akron meets at the
Akron Main Library on the 3rd Saturday of each month, from 1-3pm.  The
public is welcome, and you are invited.  If you want contact info for any of
the chapters, it can be found through a link at www.nfbohio.org.

Actually, if you are in the Akron area, that chapter is having it's Summer
picnic tomorrow from Noon - 3pm (or so).  I always forget the name of the
park, but it's off of West Market, on Shatto.  For directions, call the
chapter president, Bruce, at (330) 865-8477.

Here's hoping we hear your name, whatever it may be, at future events and/or
meetings.  Although it might be fun to hear of involvement from someone
titled, "Fuzzy Purple."  (smile)
