These are the sorts of additional little complications to life that drive
you crazy. Once in some high number of times, you get hold of something that
is a really good idea or a really helpful person. You can't tell when that
person is going to pop up. I am highly skeptical of projects like this, but
I think you want to give her some time. The two people that she might
usefully speak with are Anne Cunningham at the Colorado Center. She teaches
art to the students and has a pretty good grasp of what constitutes genuine
tactile art. Angela Wolf is the other person. She is now an elementary
teacher in Texas, but she has been an artist for a good while. She might be
able to speak the language of this woman.
