Hi To you all,
I did not like this hotel maybe one because I am sighted and can see their
problems very well the rooms were very poor quality no refrigerators (which
really isn't that big of a problem but a nice plus to have)  bathrooms were
not handicap accessible which was a problem for Wanda no bars in the tub or
slip resistant mats for tubs as well no ventilation in bathrooms no
telephone but one and it was on desk not by the bed very difficult for blind
people to get to answer before it goes to voice mail.
Heating and cooling for rooms were messed up as well.  I do agree with you
all that they were trying harder this year and they have remodeled some but
not enough for me to really enjoy their hospitality the big plus to this
hotel is location and their shuttle service.  Their security was not as good
this year as last meaning that you could get into hotel back door with out
using your key.  To sum it all up the bathroom issues is what concerns me
the most but who knows maybe next year they will have this problem solved...
............Smile  The lay out is a big plus for us very easy to navigate
around this hotel too good for Destiny HA HA

I would be happy to go back. The layout is good for us, and people are
getting the hang of it. I think they were trying, and they seemed to be
responsive. I did not have much chance to use the restaurant, but the meal I
had was fine. The shuttle for five miles around is a great feature. A real
consideration is whether or not we can get the break-out rooms without a
charge.

I'd like your feedback on whether or not we should use the Ramada Plaza next
year or not.
 
I am inclined to go with them for one more year but not 2 because I thought
that their overall performance was better this year.
 
If we go with them for another year we can then take our time and
investigate possible 2 year locations.
 
I'd like to hear both pro and con about the hotel but as soon as you can ok?
 
I really like the easy access of this hotel but I want us to have a place
and experience that takes as many of our needs and desires in to
consideration as possible.
 
Keep in mind that the better the hotel is the higher will be the prices all
around including room rates.
 
I'd like to stay in the 70 plus dollar range as long as we can but not
sacrifice quality.
