Dear RSC Team Members

I wanted to let you know that I accepted Bureau of Services for the Visually Impaired Director Mike Hanes' resignation today. I want to thank Mike for his years of service to RSC and Ohioans with disabilities.

I will be looking to appoint a new BSVI director that is an innovative thinker with knowledge of the field of vocational rehabilitation and services to Ohioans who are visually impaired or blind. 

I understand the importance of a separate Bureau of Services for the Visually Impaired and I want to reassure you that this is simply a change in leadership, not a change to the structure of the bureaus.
Steps have been taken to ensure all of Mike's correspondence and responsibilities are directed to appropriate staff.
