Dear RSC Team Members

I wanted to let you know that I accepted Bureau of Services for the Visually 
Impaired Director Mike Hanes' resignation today. I want to thank Mike for 
his years of service to RSC and Ohioans with disabilities.

I will be looking to appoint a new BSVI director that is an innovative 
thinker with knowledge of the field of vocational rehabilitation and 
services to Ohioans who are visually impaired or blind.

I understand the importance of a separate Bureau of Services for the 
Visually Impaired and I want to reassure you that this is simply a change in 
leadership, not a change to the structure of the bureaus.
Steps have been taken to ensure all of Mike's correspondence and 
responsibilities are directed to appropriate staff.

Thank you for continued commitment to quality service.
