Are you sure that we can bring food in for hospitality? The students will be
in the hospitality suite from 6 to 9, and that is the only space I know of
where the hotel will let food in from outside.

Well here is a big announcement  we are now requesting that any chapter
are member who wants to contribute snacks are other items to the
hospitality bring them to the room before it starts at the convention.
We would also love to have some ideals  for food that day. It will be
held Friday from 8p to 11p. See you there. Richard
