[Ohio-talk] discount on Victor reader

I recall hearing at the Convention  about a special discount being
offered on the Victor Reader Library Edition as a result of Ohio
Libraries agreeing to purchase Victor Readers with the stipulation that
the same discounted price they were receiving be offered to private
individuals for a period of time.  I believe there was a three month
period of time during which we could purchase them.  I also remember
making a mental note to purchase mine in January 2010.  
 
Does anyone have  more information about this?  Eric- is it you through
whom the offer came?
