JW,
I concur that Ebony deserves an A on this paper, and thank you for sharing 
it.  I do have to tell you, though, that seeing Michael Osborn's name gave 
me quite a start!  He was a dear friend of mine -- and he died three years 
ago!
He worked so hard for rights of blind people in the realm of international 
travel, and I'd forgotten that he also weighed in on our side with 
pedestrian safety!  When he died, a letter went out to all his friends 
composed by Hastings, his beloved guide dog.  Hastings had a little help 
from Michael's sister.
Just a little background that I couldn't keep to myself!
Congrats on raising a wise child!
