Thank you all for the hard work selling M& M's and I pad tix!  We had a perfect spot for our delegation at convention to sell candy from.  We were last rows near the doors and caught lots of people that way.

Just to update  ......we did well with our I Pad raffle and the M&M's.
There are still a couple people out there who need to send in the remaining candy money, as I assume you took them home to finish selling.  Please send your check  to Sherry Ruth as soon as possible. We will have sold 22 cases of candy and make approx 50% profit
There were also a couple people who voiced that their chapter was sending in a $50 donation towards the purchase of the I PAD and that they  will send it in after convention--please don't forget.  The I pad that was chosen is approx $699 plus tax and shipping.  So far I am told there is approx $475 that has been donated toward this cost.  It would be great if we did not have to pull money from our profit for the purchase of the prize.

From the tickets we had at conventon--We will make approx $  1300 after the donations have been applied toward cost of item.  I know Sherry Ruth has sold some tix and collected some monies that will add to this profit.
Out of the 1000 tickets printed and well over half handed out to sell, we ended up having less than 350 tickets to draw from.  Good odds, but could have been far more profit.

Remember, if we want to continue having the affiliate assist with conventions, we need to create funds.  If anyone has a great money making idea to put money into the treasury- and a burning desire to help--let Eric know.
Thanks
Carol Akers
