It's that time of year!  Are you bringing buses and/or vans to convention
this year?

The hotel can be better prepared for us if they know when we are coming.
When will your buses or vans arrive at the hotel?  When will they depart?
How many passangers, and what sort of vehicle (bus or van)?

Please provide me with this information as soon as possible.
