Eric he made a complaint last week and was told that they could not arrive more than ten minutes early and would wait no more than twenty minutes. He was scheduled to be picked up at 1115 and the left at 1114. So he called again today to make another complaint. But if it continues, then obviously the complaint system isn't working.

Cindy, they have a policy saying how early they can arrive and how
long they must wait. If kyle should make a complaint today if the
policy was violated. He should schedule with that policy in mind.

He is having problems with the bus arriving more than 20 minutes early and expecting him to come right out. Last Friday the bus was just beginning to pull out when he came out of the building. The driver told him she was going to leave him and that she had made him late to pick up her grandson. Today the driver did leave before he came out. His pick up time is 11:15 and he came out right at 11:15. The driver said she waited for 24 minutes for him. Now he won't be picked up until 12:15 and this is going to cause him to miss his class at WSU. Has anyone else had this problem in Dayton? How did you get it resolved?
