[Ohio-talk] iPhone training

Hello everyone,

I hope you all are doing well and staying safe and warm. It's cold out there!

I had an idea that I've been sleeping on for a while, and I'd thought I'd post it to get people's thoughts and interest. So here it is:

I know lots of people in our affiliate are either thinking about getting iPhones, have just gotten them, or have had them for a while. My idea is that I would like to conduct one-on-one training for people that want it. I realize there are a plethora of resources to get you started, like books, online websites, etc. However, I feel that some people don't want to spend the time learning via other means. I am willing to do this if I get any interest. I would pay $15 or $20 an hour. I would either conduct training via Skype or phone. I don't mind doing either.

As far as payment, I can take check, and also PayPal, though I need to get that set up. Check might be better for the time being.

Let me know what you all think of this idea. I'm still working out a few minor details, however I think this will really benefit people. I can do something I love, helping people with technology, thereby also helping the affiliate in that regard. Everyone has been commenting on the fact that I'm a "tech geek". So I can be your "tech geek/teacher", if that makes any sense.
