Hi Richard,
I think you should promulgate an Executive Order recommending that a study be initiated to find out how the three Guide Cats were trained in the 1970's. We could then see how we could train some cats right now.
They could be Guide Cats or Service Cats.
Sometimes you just have to have some fun especially since we have heard so much bad news this week.
We really do need to pray for all those affected by the tragedies which were so much a part of the news this week.
Maybe someone got a chuckle over this post.

It's strange but Paratransit Systems allow cats to be Service Animals.
