Thanks Barbara,  There are so many diseases that we may be able to
control through our diet. Recently this has become important to me, so
I have been involved in some other projects.  I will be attending The
CaseRace, Food and Justice Conference on Thursday and Friday. There
are to be some powerful speakers there, new information on wellness
and ways to encourage people to  get onto this path of healthy living.
I am hoping to have something  good to share with our chapter, and
everyone, smile.
