[Ohio-talk] shelters not take blind?

FWIW, the shelter here in bowling green would have no problems accepting a blind person.  
All who need shelter are welcome.
The director tells me there should not be any such difficulties in Wood County and that she would be surprised if there were systematic barriers in any of the surrounding county or city shelters.  
There may be individual directors who need a nudge, but there are no such regulations on the books.
