Can anyone tell me if there is any sort of Braille certification program in Ohio? Particularly around the Toledo area? I have a friend possibly moving to Toledo for her masters degree and she wants to do some Braille teaching while she is in school. Any help would be appreciated Thanks, Eric Burghardt
