Hi,
I agree with all of you. Braille Manuals would be very helpful. I guess the Technology Companies think that if a Product uses Voice Companies think an Audio Version or a Version using a PC is good enough.
Admittedly you can read the Manual from a PC or with your braille notetaker but this isn't that great if you are trying to do something with that device.
Braille Manuals would be expensive to produce but blind people who are braille readers should be given the Option of having them.
I would like to see this carried over to Manuals for Microwaves and other small appliances as well.
Having something in a Braille Manual would be of help to those of us who would rather use this medium to learn about a product or get info if we get stuck while using a device.
Window-eyes Manuals were produced in the beginning and were available for purchase. I got one with Version 4.5 or something like that.
It was very helpful to look things up in it.
