I agree.  I have been a NFB member for over 188 years and this issue with
the Guide Dogs has always been a topic of aggravation for the blind users.
On going education is very necessary.

Cheryl, we did that several years ago in Cincinnati, excuse me, Greater
Cincinnati Northern Kentucky Airport.  I think it is ongoing education that
needs to happen.  Great idea!
