[Ohio-talk] bidding

Hi Jerry,
I do not think there is a way to know until you place a bid. I bid on an
item and when as soon as I did, the message popped up that said that I was
outbid and needed to increase mine to continue. Apparently, there was a bid
"lurking" that I did not know about.

Subject: [Ohio-talk] bidding

Greetings,

I'm interested in a couple of items on the bid for equality site. I
know one can go a head and put in a pre-bid amount that will be the maximum
that you will bid. Is there a way to see if anyone has done this? For
example the pike's peak trip is showing a current bid of $450.00. If I bid
$475.00 is there a way of telling if a higher bid is lerking behind the
scene? I hope this makes sense.

     Thank you Jerry Purcell
