Hi Barbara,
A similar experience occurred with us. Five items were missing. I called Malley customer service, and they were really nice about it. The representative sent us the missing items and explained that the shipping department had just hired some new staff. They were till getting the hang of things, and I guess that was the reason for our missing candy. However, everything was straightened out, we were happy about the result, and no damage was done.
The representatives are very helpful there. If you have a problem with entering your order online, they will help you with that, as well.
At any rate, I hope we can get to $2,500 before our Sunday, December 14 deadline. Go ahead and sell those extra boxes of buckeyes; that sounds great!
All last-minute stragglers, Go to

and place your order or tell others about it. Not only will the National Federation of the Blind benefit, but you get the gift that's never returned--delectable chocolates. It's a great gift-giving choice as you will avoid the hustle and bustle of department store activity; I try to avoid Christmas shopping as well.
I'll continue to keep you and the list informed of our final tally.
Milena
Season's Greetings!

But five boxes of buckeyes were there that I had not ordered. I have just talked with our representative. She believed me about the one item that they show as having been sent but which was not. She is sending that plus the five that were ordered but not sent, and she says that we should keep the buckeyes. So I will try to sell themso that we can get the full amount of those sales. How is that for cool?

In fact, it was at the beginning of this week that we had a large number of orders posted on the Malley's website and broke through the $2,000 sales barrier. Now, hold om to your seats! Here it is!--$2,375.55. Who will be the one or two of you to push us to the $2,500 mark? All it takes is two people to buy $62.50 worth of products. Can we do it? I know we can. Call your relatives, friends and anyone you know who is as passionate as you are in helping the NFB of OH. If we can raise $2,500, our profit will be $833.33 or 33%.
