During a conference call for the BELL program I heard mentioned the lift
program for the first time.  Marianne Denning has since informed me about
how it works and I'm asking for folks out there to reply with information
about their experience using the service.  Of course it is not yet available
in Dayton, but I'm wondering if enough of us register accounts if we can
increase our chances of it becoming available?  Thanks.
