[Ohio-talk] OOD Work Tolerance

I was wondering the same thing.  I hope each consumer is treated as an
individual.  I had never needed a job coach in past jobs, but when I
obtained my first job as a TVI my counselor recommended a job coach
and that was a good decision for that job.  He helped me organize my
office and read files to me and other things.  We, along with our
counselor, should determine the services that can be most helpful.
There is no single solution that works for "all blind people."
