[Ohio-talk] Convention Agenda anyone?

I was just truly hoping it was  just missed in all the emails I am barraged with.   I was seeing it as more of a  tool to encourage people who are unfamiliar with NFB to come & learn more & want to be a part of it.  People who have been around for years, know what to expect,  it isn't new. Fresh, new people are nervous & maybe scared & don't want to spend time or money if they don't see value.  I can talk only so much about it but don't want to give false information.
So I am at an obstacle.  There is little time left to connect with these folks. I don't always run into them at the gym so timing is important.
A bit frustrated,
Carol

I am not sure if I have missed the agenda or if it hasn't been sent out yet. I was really hoping to be able to share it with the potential attendees that I met at the gym. I know it would help them to better understand what NFB is about, if they could read what is in store for them. They are from another country and are searching for answers on how to deal with blindness. We are fortunate here in America, even though the system is not perfect, at least there are programs for blind students and adults. In their country, once you are blind, that is the end of education and there are no resources.I am encouraging them to attend, but it would really help to have more information for them.Carol _______________________________________________
