[Ohio-talk] Uber Background Checks

They are self-employed as they receive 1099s.  also, before this bill, the
company was screening the drivers and requiring that they undergo background
checks.

It will be interesting to see but the drivers are, most likely, considered
self-employed.  There are some rules under OSHA that determine if an
individual is self-employed and I think the drivers probably fit that
description.
