[Ohio-talk] [napub] Hadley UEB course

Chris, UEB is Unified English Braille. There will be changes made to
the braille code beginning on January 4, 2016. For people who are
braille readers Hadley is offering a 6 lesson course so we can learn
the changes in advance.
