[Ohio-talk] Can other people's expectations of you change what you can do physically?

Is this the NPr. about the fact that blind people can see in their dreams.
If it is, then i have
seen it. I also found that when I do visualization I see in clear 20/20
vision.
I see it out of my sight flu eye, but not with my blind eye.
