This is completely legitimate.  This guy was working to give omputers away
way back when I was editing TACTIC magazine, 1985-1999.  I think he is a
minister and he is blind himself.  
It is wonderful that he has gotten a grat to do more of the work he has been
doing for a long time.

Here is a way to purchase a used computer at a great price.  I have not

talking typing tutorial for only $25 (retails for $150).

Not on SSI, no problem, it is available for the low price of $50 to CFTB
Consumers.
Don't have a computer or not a CFTB consumer.  No problem.  A fully
accessible, refurbished desktop computer can be obtained for the low price
of $110 for anyone who can't see well enough to use a computer without
assistive technology. It comes with a licensed copy of MAGic screen
magnification software without speech, and NVDA, a free text-to-speech
screen reader. It also comes with JAWS and TypeAbility trial versions, a
large flat screen monitor and lots more. Details...
Desktops come with a one year warranty. Laptops are available for $160 and
have a two year warranty.  All are shipped for free.
