It's called Webvisum.
Just Google it, as I can't remember where it comes from.

Subject: [Ohio-talk] paptcha

Hello,
I know many websites are now using captchas on their contact forms. Someone
on an Nfb list mentioned that there is a piece of software for Firefox users
that will recognize and interpret an image verification captcha, but I
cannot remember the name of the software. Therefore, does anyone know what
this software is called, where to download it, and how it works?
Thank you,
Kelsey Nicolay
