Hi Sherri,

On your computer you will need to install a program called Humanware 
Companion available free from www.humanware.com. It converts your files 
from the .3gp format which is similar to what is used in various NLS 
files for creating daisy books. You can also use this program from 
transferring books and audio files from your player to computer and 
back. If you need help with this, let me know. The file will need to be 
converted to mp3 before making a CD.
