Referring to the work of the Iowa Commission for the Blind under Dr. Jernigan’s leadership, a prominent federal official once said something to the effect of It is better to be blind in the state of Iowa than any where else in the world. How do we get to that point in Ohio? What do we do in addition to saying we demand it? I am looking for suggestions and advice?
