Since there are no obvious ways to contact them, I would get your parents to help with the capcha and fill out the form. when you get to a human, you can raise the problem. that is what I would do. We are looking at bottom lines here. The object is to apply. If they make that hard, you don’t gain anything by sitting around bemoaning the inaccessibility of the system. Make the system work, and then get changes made for the next person.
