I called Humanware and they couldn't help me because it is a JAWS 
issue.  So there is a flaw somewhere in JAWS that is causing this 
to occur and a rehab tech is coming out to my employer to look at 
it, so hopefully they will be able to figure out what's going on 
and take care of the problem.  Another Brailliant user on another 
listserv recommended not to unplug the device otherwise I will 
get the error.
