Hello David,

 

I remember that you responded to a thread on OhioTalk about accomodations
and the ADA. I believe that you wrote that under the ADA, a person with a
disability can or should have input into what accommodation they receive,
but they are not guaranteed their accommodation of choice. If I'm
paraphrasing your statement correctly, can you point us to where in the ADA
this right to provide input is?
