I like the idea of simply adding a USB or headphone connection on an ATM that allows a blind person to dial directly to the ATM machine so-to-speak.

The bank-phone-transaction program is already available and has been in place for many years. Yes? The only thing that remains unavailable is to receive cash in-hand this way. Funds can be transferred, payments made to credit cards etc. so add the option to *withdrawl.

I call Key Bank at 1-800-key-2you and enter my identification at the ATM via my phone’s keypad. Account number and then password.

“Press 1 to withdrawl, enter the amount” the Key bank lady requests graciously.

“Are you sure you want that much? You’re kidding yourself” she jokes.

“Yes please inanimate Key lady and cousin to Siri I do want $### and I’ll thank you to confirm this transaction.”

This makes sense to me and it is as secure as anything else. Key Bank receives my call and the ATM charges the $2 fee.

•	Replace the phone option to take a survey with withdrawl.
